Kristen makes Forbes list of 'Hollywood's Highest Paid Actresses'

The Twilight money still rolling in (for now). Her earnings look set for a tumble: While she helped make Snow White and the Huntsman a hit, a sequel is still a ways off and the actress doesn't seem terribly interested in doing more big-budget movies.

"Kick-Ass 2" actress Chloe Moretz may just be the busiest teen in Hollywood right now. In addition to her ass kickery in the upcoming superhero sequel (out August 16), she has a bevy of projects in the works, including the big-screen adaptation of Gayle Forman's young-adult novel "If I Stay" and the Kristen Stewart-, Juliette Binoche-starring "Sils Maria." It was the latter that Chloe opened up about to MTV News' Josh Horowitz.
"'Sils Maria,' it's a really cool film," Chloe enthused. "I'm actually starting that really soon. I get to go to Switzerland...and Leipzig in Germany." (We can only assume it's no coincidence Chloe is traveling to the land of Swiss chocolate with "Chocolat" star Juliette. Use that knowledge wisely, girl...)
And if the early casting announcements left you a little vague on the particulars of this primo project—written and directed by Olivier Assayas—Chloe's got all the deets:
"I only have a couple scenes with Kristen, but my main stuff is with Juliette," she explained. "And it's this kind of really cool world where the whole script is basically written like a play, and you're watching a play, basically. You're watching us rehearse for a play. Basically what it is is my character is the equivalent of all these young stars that have gone crazy. But what if they were crazy and still did amazing work and still got hired and they were like huge stars but were crazy partiers? So that's basically the character I'm playing, that she has all this bad press, but she shows up to her job and is really due diligence and just does everything and is really good at her job, so that's pretty much my character. And Juliette plays this older actress, who is a great actress but she's older, and it's kind of the clash between the two worlds of older actors and younger actors."

Shooting will then continue in Switzerland – where the film is set – from early September before moving on to Italy. Sils Maria centres on an actress (Binoche) who becomes fixated with another younger actress (Moretz).
The feature is a co-production between CAB Productions in Switzerland, CG Cinema in France and Pallas Film in Germany. Charles Gillibert of CG Cinema produces.

Kristen Stewart, who is usually spotted in jeans and tees, made headlines when she packed several barely-there Murad pieces for her Breaking Dawn - Part 2 world tour last year. At Thursday's show, Stewart sat with stylist Tara Swennen, and the two whispered about favorite looks, including a stunning royal blue gown. Stewart blew kisses to Murad.
THR: What was the moment you felt you had really made it in Hollywood?
You know, so many times, it was like one after another after another after another and each more important.
But there are some moments that I can’t forget, for example Jennifer Lopez at the Met Gala in 2010, she wore a beautiful Haute Couture ball gown in silver grey. Really she was gorgeous. She is always gorgeous, but that dress was really very special.
When Kristen Stewart wore the golden dress with transparent lace to the [Breaking Dawn] premiere – the whole world was talking about that dress! It was a big moment for me.
THR: You work with people from Kristen Stewart to Taylor Swift to Jennifer Lopez to Catherine Zeta-Jones – different generations, very different styles. What do you think it is about your designs that appeals to such different types of personalities?
You know, it’s nice when you see your clothes on different kinds of people, with different personalities and different beauty because I design for beautiful women, but not for one character or one personality. Dresses can also contrast with a personality, or bring out another side of someone. And different personalities can bring another side to my work.
