Photo of the day: "Spencer" shot in Germany completed

The shooting of "Spencer", in Germany and Great Britain, ended in Germany in Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia in Berlin / Potsdam on March 18th. The film will be shot in England until March 29th. "Spencer," starring Kristen Stewart, is the story of a weekend in Princess Diana's life. When Diana spends the Christmas holidays with the royal family at the Sandringham manor in Norfolk, she decides to part ways with Prince Charles. 

Directed by Pablo Larraín. The producers are Juan de Dios Larraín / Fabula Films, Jonas Dornbach, Janine Jackowski and Maren Ade / Accomplice Film and Paul Webster / Shoebox Films. "Spencer" is funded by the DFFF, Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, the FFA, Film- und Medienstiftung NRW and HessenFilm und Medien. The German theatrical release by DCM will be in the 1st quarter of 2022, when it will be the 25th anniversary of Diana's death.
